Spending nectar points

I have been trying for two days to spend nectar points but the website just saying having a problem try later. Anyone had any success.

You do not say what you are doing. You don't spend Nectar Points you convert them to VOUCHERS. You then spend the Vouchers.

Vouchers, at least last time I used them, show up on the left side of the Checkout Page and you just select what you want to spend.

Thank you. Sorry I understand I convert them, the problem is in trying to convert them, eBay say ‘cannot connect to Nectar, try again later’. I have been ‘trying later’ for 2 days.
