Hello,
I have recieved positive feedback with the message "A bit of a dick"... This is because the seller would not refund me when I purchased in error. I could not pick up from 200 miles away... I asked him nicely to cancel the transaction and he gave me a sob story about ebay having their money anyway... Before I could respond he sent half the money back. Whn I pointed out that he could cancel the transation and even get his listing fere back, he wasn't impressed and ignored all further communications. I left neg after five messages asking for communication.
He then left positive for me but with an offensive message - I have read that this is in violation of feedback rules. I have 100%, nearly 500 stars and I'm a good seller... I want to know how I can report this violation? There is nothing I can find in the help section...
Cheers, Barry Cooper
While I have some sympathy ....
You could try opening a "non receipt" case in the resolution centre [link below]. On the face of it as this was collection this should not work but there is a way that it is needed if "a seller" will not provide a buyer with details as to how to pick up.
Escalate after 8 full days
You report it by contacting ebay CS through the help and contact tab. I am surprised he was able to post that offensive word, presumably the US profanity bot doesn't recognise it!
Use the "report it to us" link on here:

and select: Negative statements conflict with positive rating
