I sold an Ipad to a buyer who provide an address in the UK (attached is his address), then I sent it to this address with a tracking number ( attached is a confirmation for delivery), then I discovered that the item dispatched to portugal in Europe , then the seller started argue that he did not receive the item untill he confirmed that he receivrd after I sent hin the signature on delivery, then he started again to argue that the I pad is locked to my ID and asked for my pasward to unlock it but I offered him help of how to reset the ipad to its factory settings in an easy way but he refused. Now he open a case to return the item and asked me to pay a return pachage from his EU country to me here in ythe UK which is not fair at all. Please help.
Ok, first thing first, you're enrolled in the global shipping programme, that's the address anomaly cleared up, now unless you did a full factory reset, the buyer can't access the menu to reset the ipad, You can't win this, you'll have to provide a postage label or get the buyer to get a quote and send a PayPal payment for return shipping, you'll need to add the transaction ID to the case.
