Someone stole my account and payed via Paypal

I have never bought from e-bay. But someone stole my account and payed via paypal.

I got this information from Paypal.  I dont' know Nick smith.

I live in South korea not US.  He or she must be a thief.

I have changed my password and closed the account. What can I do more?

I request my money back.
