Hi. A UK buyer won the bidding on my car. He just phoned saying he'll transfer money by bank transfer now and then arrange a company to collect it as its being exported from the UK. He said to mark the V5 as being exported.
This sounds suspicious to me. Once (if) he transfers the money I'm assuming he can't get it back? Can I be implicated in anyway or be responsible for the export, which of course I'm not or don't want to be.
