Sold item not collected

I have sold item number 264940885225 on 17th November.  Despite messaging the buyer, they have not been in touch to organise collection.  They have not paid either.

They may prefer to pay cash on collection, but if no response ... Opening an Unpaid case within 32 days from item end should get their attention ... return to the case and close after 4 complete days (5th day onwards) if still unpaid for a refund of your selling fees and then you can relist ... neither party can leave damaging Feedback >
