I have just sold a collect in person item that the buyer wants posted. I agreed and thought he could simply add the postage onto to amount he paid for the item. He said he wasn't able to do this. The postage is (£9.99). Can he pay this additional amount via eBay?
He should have asked before paying, then you could have sent an invoice including the P & P.
Now here is no way to pay through ebay, except by using Paypal (Friends and Family Payment), or you ascseller send a request or payment but you will incur fees.
By making a split payment, the buyer no longer qualifies for the Money Back Guarantee and would not get all his money back if he had to open a case.
