So yet again the software is a fiasco. Sold items gone straight into unsold. Not able to invoice etc. eBay needs to sort out the issues with their software it is one thing after another and yet they still want to charge us a fee. Your IT department are a shambles.
I apologise if I misinterpreted your post as wanting a rant. Your reference to “Not able to invoice etc”, “eBay needs to sort out the issues”, and ”yet they still want to charge us a fee. Your IT department are a shambles”, led me to my conclusion.
