So there is no way to leave negative feedback for buyers now?

I have now wasted a week waiting for a buyer to pay - he kept saying he'll come and collect the item and today I finally cancelled the order after his reasons stopped makign sense. There was no option for a second chance offer to any of the other bidders so I have now had to relist it.

I was going to leave feedback - but the only options are "positive" or "report buyer" - where is the negative experience option???  

Surely this means people can win auctions, mess you around, make you miss out on legitimate buyers, waste your time and then carry on with no repercussions?

The option to leave negatives for buyer was remove many, many years ago. 

The buyer would have received a strike from the cancellation.

ebay removed the option to leave buyers negative feedback about 14 years ago!

when you have a non payer you need to cancel the sale after 4 days choosing buyer didn't pay as the reason to get your final value fees refunded and give them a non payment strike

then add the non payers ID to your blocked list

then set you bidder requirements to block bidders with two or more non payment strikes in the last 12 months
