Ebay have double charged me for an item.
Even my bank says there's an error and they called it a ghost transaction but the problem is im now getting charged an extra £50 as my motorbike insurance cant come out my bank!

And its not the first time ebay have double charged me!
They make it very hard to actually talk with a member of their team to resolve the problem.
I've used ebay for years and had no problems but now I fear that I wont get my money back for the bank charges.
I really don't get why ebay have taken it twice and I don't get why ebay make it so hard to actually talk with someone to sort any problems out but what do I know lol.
