Small Parcel Pre Paid postage through letter box...

Hi... I recently sold an box one game on ebay. (So its fairly small)... I paid for Royal Mail Second Class none signed for postage... at around £3 I believe..

I went doqn to the post office to send it off and realised it was closed... so I slipped it in the letter box.

will it still get to the buyer?? As I said the postage is pre paid for royal mail 2nd class... so will they accept it if it has been posted this way??

Postage labels that you purchase through ebay are like stamps, so the item will be sent to the buyer.
