Size of product very different than pictures

What happens when you buy a product judging from the pictures but the actual item is half the size?

Are you sure that you read the listing properly, and didn't just overlook the size being stated somewhere?

If there's no mention of the size and the picture was misleading, use eBay's money back guarantee, through the resolution centre.

If they're a UK business seller you have a legal right to return the item anyway, at your own expense, for any reason.
