Hello people, thank you for being there. All this week i have been unable to reply to feedback received. I get stupid automated messages such as my ebay name is ''not a valid ebay name'' (er ... after 10 years of constant contact with feedback above 2,000?) or my response has ''not been received''. (I guess there is also a disappointment that I can't simply send an e-mail to ebay. And my problem was not in any of the drop-down lists of favourite problems!!) However, first things first.)
