Shutl Ltd Does anyone know what a "Pre-approved payment" with this company is?

I haven't authorised any payment and there is no detail on PayPal and the invoice number they quote doesn't seem to to match anything.

PayPal say "We've completed our investigation of your claim and have determined that this is not an instance of unauthorised account activity. At this time, your claim has been denied.
 
If there was a billing agreement linked to this payment, we've cancelled it."

Not much help really.

You have purchased postage labels from eBay

• If you use eBay's SHUTL service to print & post your items then this charge will appear with your monthly eBay charges under "eBay SHUTL".....this is because these charges are no longer made at the time of printing, they are only made after the label has actually been used by the courier service & is billed once a month. You are not charged where you print a label & then do not use that courier service

This is NOT the case, not only haven't I sold anything for a month as I have been on holiday, the last 2 items I sold I used Hermes independently of eBay

if you use ebays print postage labels you are buying your postage fom shutl and they bill you monthly,

you sold some items, so I assume you used ebays labels.
