Please could anybody help me. I am trying to locate VAT invoices from Shutl Ltd between June 2020 and now.
I have contacted ebay and they told me to contact Packlink as they assured me that they haven't used Shutl since 2019, even though the payments show on Paypal as 'Shutl Limited'.
I then contacted Packlink and they told me they are nothing to do with Shutl.
I then contacted Paypal and asked for the invoices and what they emailed me was just a receipt with no VAT on it. Even on Paypal, I've found these transactions myself and they say VAT £0.00 although upon Googling, it seems to say that Shutl do charge VAT. This is the first year that I am doing a VAT return so it is quite new to me. I'm aware that Royal Mail themselves don't charge VAT.
I've found similar topics and people have put Shutl's website however this doesn't seem to work anymore. I then found a phone number for Shutl where they say they are not dealing over the phone currently and I should email them, which I did and the email bounced back.
Could anybody help me please?
