I will start by saying that the reason I am so conflicted is because this seller as only ever received positive feedback, and if I leave anything but positive feedback then I shall be the reason for the first blemish on their record.
I purchased a t-shirt from this seller via auction which ended in the evening. I signed into eBay the next morning to find that the seller had messaged me 5 times already demanding that I pay for the item.
Fair enough, perhaps they wanted to post it straight away but 5 messages seems excessive to me - especially when you consider that I was asleep for evening.
I paid that morning, then received a message every single day asking if I had received the item yet. This started from the day after they posted it second class, without tracking. Sometimes they would message me a second time during the same day.
I also received the following message from the seller almost every day:
"New items on my ebay account just getting rid ASAP"
All in all, I received 15 messages over the course of 7 days.
The t-shirt finally arrived, and to my dismay the colour is a bright azure blue - not the dark prussian blue that the photographs depict. I don't want to go through the hassle of having to speak with this annoying seller in order to return the t-shirt, so I've decided to keep it.
I'm not happy at all with the seller, but is this enough to leave non-positive feedback?
It sounds to me that the seller is new to eBay striving to give the best possible service to their buyers without thinking through the possible repercussions.
I think I would be inclined to message the seller once asking them not to be so impatient and stop sending so many messages.
You don’t have to speak to the seller regarding the problem you have with the item they sent you. The process of getting a full refund is entirely automatic.

Then consider what feedback to give them depending on how they respond to your problem with the item you have received.
Perhaps not leaving any feedback at all.
