I have had an item purchased by Shop Airlines Europe BV. I understand that this is a shipping company that buys from ebay on behalf of clients. I have messaged them twice now wanting to know where my responsibility ends, with them or with their client. I can get no response. I requested their phone number which also gives no response. I am therefore a little worried about sending a fairly expensive item to this company who will not answer any form of communication.
Has anyone had dealings with Shop Airlines and have they had any difficulties. I use Global Shipping so don't know why the end purchaser didn't buy directly.

A lot of buyers use forwarding companies like this,
you send to paypal address by tracked postage, they then send to buyer.
You are only responsible for UK delivery, if buyer claims not as described, you don't have to pay for return postage from another country.
