Shoes

Hi,

I bought a pair of shoes, but the seller didn't have it in stock. So the seller emailed me to choose something else as an alternative in her shop. So i choose another pair of shoes, when it arrived, I didn't like the shoes. So I returned to the seller.  Seller confirmed she has received my return from UK, I chose another 3rd pair of shoes and she said she will post it to me. All in ebay  email conversation.

She said she has posted it, its been way over a month now, the shoes haven't arrived and neither she is replying now.

Please can you help?

Please can you advise as on my purchase history it states the item has arrived.

I look forward to hearing from you.

The seller is based in CHINA.

Looks like you have fallen for the ploy of running a buyer out of time for a dispute

If you get an item that is not as described you should never ask for a replacement you get a refund and start again

If within the 30 days open a not as described dispute at the bottom of the page under Resolution Centre.

Escalate it after a full 3 days of opening the dispute.

The seller needs to send a pre paid label for the return.

If they dont then ebay should when you escalate the dispute.

Make sure it goes back tracked and that the tracking is in the dispute.

If you fail on ebay and paid by paypal then you may be able to open the dispute there. Sign up to their return postage first.

Follow the instructions carefully

You have 30 days from the day of delivery to open a dispute in ebay
