Shipping charges and Shutl

I've just discovered that Ebay has been charging me twice for shipping labels - firstly I am charged via my PayPal account for a shipping label. Then Ebay Shutle is invoicing me monthly for the same shipping label. Over the last months, Shutl has charge me £69 for shipping I already paid for when I bought the labels (either by Hermes or Royal Mail). My daughter says the same thing has happened to her - she reckons she has been overcharged £72.

Has anyone come up against this problem and how can we get our money back?

Thanks for any advice

Roz

The charges on your paypal account when your buyer pays are paypal charges

These are taken straight away

When you use Shulti you are invoice once a month for the postage payments and they are taken from paypal

Listings may be free but you pay final value fees of 10% on the end price of your listing + the postage

Ebay charge the fees to your account as soon as the item is sold and invoice once a month for payment

To check your fees go to the account tab on your MY ebay page then Summary then Fees

Read the policy for Shulti
