Shill bidding?

 I am bidding on some '' Banna butter knifes'', I was out bid then that bid was retracted, having looked at the bid history the bidder has only 8 transactions on ebay but 78 bid retractions in the last six months! All there current bidding activity is with the same seller too, this looks suspisious to me, what do you think? And is there anything I should or can do do about this? @ john1297576 @ plpmr Sadly too late for me to hit the report button, I won and have paid (I don't want to risk an unpaid strike against me) but I'm kinda fuming that ebay don't pick up on a 'buyer' with 78 bid retractions in six months, do you think it might be worth the rigmerole of attempting to contact customer services? I dislike people like this spoiling ebay!
