Hi just wanted to know anyone's view on my predicament. Sold an item , buyer said item was broke which I questioned as item was new. Then he won case to return item , but received item back today but it was just an empty box. I've got original weight it was from my receipt , it was 3.207kg when it's been returned all it states is 0-2kg weight. Box was empty, felt it straight away. Can't seem to get eBay on phone and as soon as they see it was delivered they will give buyer refund. Any help anybody
