Sening a payment request after issuing a refund due to parcel turning up after the refund

Hi,

I issued a refund to a buyer after nearly three week of his item not being delivered, and the day after I issued the refund, the item turned up, and the buyer wants to pay, but I have already issued the refund.  How do I invoice him now so that he can pay?

There is no means of invoicing hrough ebay (they didn't bother with these circumstance) however he can still send you a Paypal Friends and Family payment, OR you can send a payment request BUT that will incur more fees.

Alternatively Bank Transfer.

You can send a request payment through paypal or the buyer can send the money to your email address Send money friends and family or they can do a bank transfer,

Once the case has close on ebay then you can not do anything there.
