Sending offers

So I used to wake up and ha e the option to send offer to buyer, always had about 6 then got a few more during the day. Over the last week I've not had none and have gone from 6/7 sales a day to 2/3 a week (with all the same stock). Is there a reason this happens or anything I can do?

 items have to be on a watch list for at least 5 days before you can send an offer,

you can't send offers more than once to the same person,

you don't have any new watchers who qualify to receive an offer

I added an item to watch list yesterday & got sent an offer this morning, so no 5 day delay.
