Sending a photo , won't recognise I phone picture

I'm trying to send a picture to a seller , to show them a problem with an article I bought , but the attatchment process on this through  eBay doesn't recognise the format .. IE has to be a JPEG Or something like that ,, why has eBay made life difficult and just accept I phone pictures

I use jpg (jpeg) often.

Its been around a long time.

Many complaints about the App, Old & New, It's rubbish, Use a web browser instead.

Anyway, You don't need to send photos to a seller.

Open a Case in the Resolution Center for Item Not as Described.
Wait for the tracked postage label to print off (at the Sellers expense), UK only.
If the Seller doesn't provide the label or is unhelpful, the option to ask eBay to step will appear after 8 days.
Also, if you get a message that the seller cannot provide a label, phone eBay.
