Sending Offers

I only use eBay GSP to ship outside of the UK, when I send offers to watchers of my items these offers also go to people watching the item where there country is not supported by GSP.

Therefore customers accept offers and then ask me for a invoice for the postage costs.

Is there anyway around sending these customers offers? as I do not want to ship outside the UK unless it's via gSP?

For items that aren't eligible for the Global Shipping Program, or items that are offered to buyers in countries not supported by the Global Shipping Program, you can set up additional international shipping services. Here's how:

1. Go to the International shipping section of the listing form.
2. Update your selection in the No additional international shipping dropdown menu.
3. You can add up to 5 international shipping options.

Thanks for your response but I only want to use eBay GSP, I do not want to send items outside of this service. The question was regarding how I can stop these people getting offers when eBay will never ship to there country anyway.

You can't as you don't know who you are offering to as their ID's are not shown to you.
