I want to provide contact details to a possible purchaser for an item I am selling but it's blocked by eBay. Is it possible to do this
Why do you need to provide contact details?
Buyer's can ask questions via messages through eBay's messaging service.
eBay's bots may think you're trying to do an off site deal.
