I have been trying to increase my selling allowance now for a few days but don,t seem to be getting nowhere, I have been trying to sell Yves Saint Laurent but am told that my selling allowance will not allow it, I have been selling on Ebay for a number of years & never incurred this before, I really don,t know how to put this right,any help will be appreciated
