I’ve just sold an item after the auction has finished, the buyer and myself have agreed a price, I have with- drawn the item, but don’t know now how to send her an invoice.. help please.

you have to relist at the agreed price for them to buy,

anything else is an 'off ebay' deal and against the rules,

you shouldn't have ended the listing, all you had to do was revise it.
