I have just listed and item and was immediately hit with a 3 day sales restriction as it says the item is counterfeit. The item is clearly not counterfeit as it was bought at the official club store so what can I do about this?
That is probably the best that the Robots can manage.
The real reason is VERO read all about it at the bottom of the page. The Brand Owners do not allow sales by unauthorised sellers.
