Selling limit

Hi,

My selling limit is not being increased by Ebay and I badly need more limit. They say that I am not eligible. Is there any solution to this problem? Furthermore, I am not having "Chat with us" option in Help section. What could be the reason for that?

you haven't sold enough to qualify for an increase, you will just have to be patient
