Selling fees

I posted my displeasure at the astronomical ebay selling fees that I've recently noticed since I listed a few items to sell.  I AM NOT AN EBAY BUSINESS.  I'm a private seller who occasionally lists items, usually  clothing, that I don't use or have never worn.  I'm surprised at some of the nasty replies.  Today is the first time I have used the public forum.  It will also be the last.  Public forums in general I find are littered with the nasty-minded who just love an argument.  Not for  me so you all enjoy yourselves, d'ya hear 😆

You have been on eBay for a long time.  Prior to managed payments the fees for private sellers were 10% to eBay and 2.9% to Paypal [+ 30p].  After the change they are 12.8% to eBay + 30p so that is a small decrease it seems to me.

I've just read the replies you received,

I can't see anything 'nasty' in any of them

each responder politely pointed out that the fees are now less than you paying before, how is that 'nasty'?
