Having sold an item and received the money, sale was cancelled and I need to provide à refund which is pending but i have still received à bill from eBay for the salé. Shouldnt salé fées be void?
If you issued a cancellation with buyer's agreement the buyer has to accept it at their end for it to complete and you get your selling fee back. If they do nothing you will be able to close it yourself after 10 days.
