There are two options when you list and that is auction and fixed price.
That is the buy it now.
If you list as fixed price then the item will automatically reslist after the 30 days
You will not pay basic insertion fees as long as you have any of your Free listings
That is the basic listing but if you add upgrades you will pay them and if they relist then you would pay that each time
Best start at a price you are willing to accept with no upgrades
When listing it always tells you before you Submit the listing how much it will cost
