Why is there no way to leave negative feedback to buyers on eBay who don't follow through on their purchase.
I sold a sofa/bed on ebay, and after a weeks auction, it sold, not for much, and the buyer seemed very reluctant to collect the item, despite several gentle polite reminders.
Then after 3 days of waiting she decided she doesn't need the sofa/bed anymore. Ggggggrrrrrr., Now I have to relist the item again. So frustrating.
I've opened an unpaid case on the buyer, but she won't pay., now what ? And now I can't cancel the transaction either.,
It seems that ebay prtotects the buyer more than the seller., anyone else experienced this kind of thing ? I'm sure I'm not alone.,
