Selling account being evaluated

Hi guys I have been a seller on eBay for 4 years and have 100 percent positive feedback and have worked hard for it ! 

Last year in Covid I cancelled a few items as they were not selling the subject on this is not very clear you can either put damaged buyer has cancelled or out of stock so I put out of stock so that I could put some more stuff on. 

I have now been penalised for this I have gone from having an excellent rating to now being below standard I have emailed eBay and they say they can not remove any thing which means my account will probably get shut down ! Has any one else had this happen to them eBay don't really seem to want to help good sellers and I find it hard to believe that they can shut me down 

please help any one !

the item must have sold for you to be given those options when cancelling,

choosing out of stock gets you a defect on your account, because ebay don't like sellers backing out of sales.

when a listing is active you don't get given those optionswhen you cancel it,  you just use the drop down menu next to the item and choose 'end' you don't have to give a reason why
