Selling a graphics card

I have been trying to sell an rtx 3070 graphics card with a starting price of £700 and a buy now price of £999. When I try to list the item, the following error message appears: Thanks for listing this product! We limit the quantity that may be listed each week for this item. You've reached this limit and can't list any more at this time. You can list this item again seven days after your last listing. 
Unverified sellers or those not meeting our minimum performance standards can't list this product.{e72528-1175380x}

My selling limits are unused. How can I solve this?

It looks like you have now succeeded, as your graphics card has been listed.

It's a pity you didn't take the advice not to start selling with something of this value.

Not only does your zero feedback mark you out as a novice, but you've made the classic mistake of listing a potentially £1,000 item for delivery by the ordinary 1st class post (you need special delivery for an item of this value). So be on your guard for scammers, you look like an easy target.

Seriously, do you fully understand the risks of selling anything of this value here? You obviously didn't realise that there's no postal insurance in the ordinary post. Do you realise that a buyer can invent any reason to return it for a full refund, with you paying the postage both ways? That if they return it damaged or even swap it for a broken one, eBay is still likely to make you refund them? That if it's delayed in the post, eBay will require you to refund them, and do nothing if they then also keep the graphics card when it arrives? That if they pay by PayPal, they could leave it until the end of September to claim it didn't arrive, and you would still have to refund them unless you have kept your postal receipt and tracking number to prove delivery? Incidentally, you will need to upload your tracking or delivery number to eBay as soon as you have dispatched this, as if eBay doesn't have this number to check they will automatically refund any buyer who claims it didn't arrive, even if did. EBay is a seriously risky place for sellers, try following this board for a time to learn why.

Ebays emails are notoriously badly worded.  If you listed and revised,  that could be the issue, or you might not be verified,  see the last line. The test will be if you can list in 7 days. 

By the way, we would strongly advise against listing something expensive like that as your first sale.  You, and it, will be a scammers magnet.

Also, you MUST post by RM special delivery, normal post only covers up to £20, so you could lose item & money. Always log in direct to paypal to check payment & address.
