Have I got this right or not ???
Under the above named promotion if I list and sell an item I then pay a listing fee ?????
Under the above named promotion if I list and don't sell an item I do not pay a listing fee ???????
In other words it is only a free listing if I do NOT SELL THE ITEM ????????
I just cannot figure out where the benefit to the sellers on this promotion.
