Why are we the ones that miss out when a parcel isn't received even though we sent it proof of posting and WE don't get it back

I see you are a buyer aswell as a seller.

If you bought something and it didn't arrive wouldn't you want your money back from the person or company that you bought it from?

If you have a proof of postage receipt then you can make a claim to Royal Mail for a lost package.
