I just bought an item from seller but I didn't get any confirmation for my purchase.

Secondly, I tried contacting this seller about a previous purchase and the enquiry is just sitting in the box, it has a save/cancel/remove option but no send. Therefore I don't know if I made any purchase, and I don't seem to be able to send any messages to this seller!

Has anyone got any suggestions to resolve this please?

You can go to your My eBay pages and check your recent purchase history. If you won it, it will be there.

You haven't told us whether or how you paid for it, but if you have you can easily check this too.

If you haven't paid, you need to do so. You do not have to message them about it.
