I bought goods back in September 2019, and I want to contact the seller but it is not in my purchase history anymore. How do I retrieve that back?

Youn will find some details of that transaction in your Paypal account,  if you did not pay with cash.

But I really do not know how to contact the seller without eBay? The seller’s contact is a different language, is from china

2019 IS still in your purchase history, have you changed te Drop Down Menu to show 2019. 

Purchases are available Current Year and previous two years, that is 2019  & 2020.
