Seller won't replace faulty item

I bought a phone which worked well for 2 months then suddenly wouldn't charge. I have contacted the seller numerous times and they keep apologising but have made no offer to replace the faulty phone or refund me. The phone became faulty less than 90 days after I bought it.What can I do?

eBay and Paypal do not get involved with warranties and ebay's deadline for "not as described" cases is 30 days from date of sale.  Paypal's deadline is longer so I suppose you could try them.   Log directly into your Paypal account and click on "Resolve a problem in the Resolution Centre" on the lefthand side.  Open a case and escalate it as soon as possible within 20 days.
