I purchased an item which broke after four days , request a return,accepted but email with link to postal label did not work so contract the seller direct for address and she is saying I am a vandal and other insulting messages,there are no eBay help pages etc for this problem and appears to be no way to even report this person as very unhelpful and dishonest?!
