Seller wants to refund a customer please.

Seller . want to refund a customer,but now as pay pal has chanded, payments go into bank account, and just do not know how to do a refund.  Could anyone please help with some Information what to do now. HELP NEEDED PLEASE.

If it's a full refund ask the buyer to open the relevant case on ebay and when you accept it the refund is automatic.
