Seller using false address - how to report?

Hello,

My place of work has had a parcel delivered via royal mail (addressed to the company).  However when we opened the parcel it was an ebay return and nothing to do with the company for which I work.

By using the ebay item number I have been able to trace the seller and they are (potentially fraudulently) giving our business name and address.  I want to report this to ebay, but am struggling to find an appropriate way, any ideas please?

Note:  this is my personal account and not related to my place of work, which doesn't have an ebay account.

Seems pointless seller put false address, as tracking only has to show attempted delivery for buyer to get refund.

Have you tried contacting seller, if you want to contact ebay, not easy at the moment, scroll to bottom of link.

Thanks for that, Tobias, I was able to find what I needed to report the seller via your link. I appreciate that the buyer will have received their refund, but as a business we're not prepared to have someone trading pretending to be our company and potentially risking our reputation.
