Seller has sold me a fake Samsung charger that was listed as "genuine Samsung USB cable"
When I opened up a case to state it was in fact fake (different to the original one I had) he sent me an item in a tracked parcel which was a broken phone case! But because he deceived eBay by pretending to send me an item in a tracked parcel- they closed the case thinking I received a replacement genuine Samsung cable!
How do I get my money back please so I can purchase another cable that wot damage my tablet?
