Seller returns payment for item won

I bid on a item and won the item , sent payment and got delivery time etc all done I thought, no seller returns my money three days after the audition and says to ebay they no longer have item for sale , then two days later same item and seller have the item for sale again at a higher starting price , I thought once you won a item it's yours you can't decide after the auction that it's not for sale and then put it back on again I thought that this is breaking the rules but can't get help from ebay not happy about this

It is very bad ebaying but neither you nor ebay can force the seller to sell

If they chose not available then they will pay the fees and a defect on their account

You have feedback to leave so make sure you let them know how you feel but be careful what you say

Something like seller would not honour sale

It is very disappointing when this happens  and hopefully two many defects and that bad seller will be removed
