Seller requesting I change my feedback

Three times a seller who I gave negative feedback has asked me to revise it.  I gave it a negative feedback because the item was listed as double sided sticky tape and it was not.  I have refused twice but have just received a third request.  Would it be appropriate for me to report the seller to Ebay or just ignore.  The seller has offered me full refund.  I only paid 99p as it was a sample.

Personally I think neg f/b should be reserved for sellers who refuse to refund.   Anyone can make a mistake.

Looking at this seller’s feedback he has done this before with the same item but this time it was a full role. Once I could accept as an error but twice no.
