Hi,
I am in the process of returning an item to the seller, the seller didn'tsent me a label and he asked me about the best time to collect the item by direct msg. When I asked him about the label he advised that the label is with the delivery guy. Is it reliable to return the Item without a label by the way he asked?

No, ebay require trackable proof of return from your end. If you've started a "not as described" return case you will be able to escalate it to ebay after 3 working days and they will provide a postage label and enforce the refund. Go to the return case via the link on the ebay message, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
