Edited and condensed.
Ebay are an absolutely atrocious company who make it as difficult to contact them as possible.
Who are disingenuos and dishonest, and dont pay their fair share of taxes in an uregulated globalised system.
And who attract many wilfully ignorant 'yes men' and trolls to their forums like flies to **bleep**
And thats coming from a seventeen year member, with over 800 transactions and 100% positive feedback.
You should not be blaming ebay for your mistake.
Just not fitting you can only return if the seller has returns accepted on the listing
You open a returns request in the resolution centre at the bottom of the pageand if the seller accepts that then you return the item tracked and put the tracking into the dispute
Once they have it back then they refund you.
How did you send it?.
If you sent first of second class Royal Mail packet not letter size then there will be a 16 digit code on the receipt which acts as tracked
You put the into the dispute and as long as it says Delivered then you should win and get your money back
The resolution centre it at the bottom of the page and if you did not open a dispute do it now and put the tracking on.
You do not need to contact ebay you have to follow the rules and use the resolution centre
If you really want to the Help; and contact at the top of the page then scroll down to see what contact details are there
You have to keep looking
Did you return it within the timelines given
