Having bought numerous items with all sellers happily combining postage,I have now bought two small items and the seller is saying that they do not know how to combine and that I should pay £3.34 for each small item(purses)
The items were being sold at auction within minutes of each other and as I did not know if I would be able to buy both there was not time to check although I have never had a problem with this after other auctions have finished.I really do not like disputes.
Any ideas of the best way to proceed please?

The best way to have proceeded wou;d be to have asked the seller about this before bidding. Sellers don't have to combibe postage - in fact, eBay itself won't combine postage for items bought through it's global shipping programme.
If your seller doesn't know how to do it, tell them to click on Help & Contact above, and enter the word "combine" in the searc field. Some people seem incapable of lookinhg anything up for themselves!
Pay the postage or the seller can open a non payment dispute
You should ask the seller before buying if they will combine
They do not have too and if they do not have that on the listing then you should not expect them too although any good seller would do it automatically
There is nothing for you too dispute as the postage is clearly on the listing and that is what you pay
